Why Support YCC’s Tenth Anniversary?

At YCC we are on the front lines, leading initiatives to help Lexington’s families:

  • We introduced the nationally-recognized Sources of Strength program to Lexington Public Schools and continue to partner with educators;

  • We were early providers of support to Lexington’s LGBTQ youth; and

  • We consistently advise community groups with expert mental health resources.

Clinical counseling services provided by YCC are completely free. Any student residing or attending school in Lexington is welcome to participate in our confidential, no-cost services that are independent from school- or town-based offerings.

  • Since our founding, 3,500 individuals have participated in free therapy services, group support, presentations, and community projects with YCC (formerly LYFS). This has been possible thanks to generous financial support from the Lexington community.

  • Since 2012, YCC has provided – free of charge – more than 1,000 therapy sessions and 2,500 drop-in hours to local youth and families.

Emerging from the pandemic, YCC is at a critical point. We need your support to continue providing these essential services. Please consider a financial sponsorship or a donation.
