Emily Hayes, LMHC, ATR-BC

Executive Director

Emily joined the YCC team as the new Executive Director in the fall of 2019. Emily received her Master's in Art Therapy from Florida State University. She is a Board Certified Art Therapist as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Emily has over six years of experience working with youth and their families. She has specialized training working with trauma, family attachment, adoption, Depression, Anxiety, and suicide/self-harm. Emily is a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Stephanie Seifert

Clinical Intern

Stephanie is a clinical intern at YCC. She is actively pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in art therapy at Lesley University. Stephanie believes in a humanistic approach to therapy, and she actively works to provide support and aid clients in building up a toolbox of coping skills. Stephanie is passionate about creating a safe space for youth in the LGBTQIA+ community. In Stephanies spare time, she enjoys creating art, reading, and spending time outside with friends and family.

Emily Sudbrock

Clinical Intern

Emily is a graduate student at Lesley University in her final year of the clinical mental health counseling program. She also works as a Project Assistant at UMass Chan Medical School. She aims to become a licensed therapist and eventually open a private practice. She also loves reading, nature, self care, and spending time with friends.
