Vanessa Keeney

Co-President

Vanessa has a doctorate in neuropharmacology with a background in neurology and psychiatry. She is passionate about understanding, treatment and support of mental health and mental health wellness. She has been a Lexington resident over the past 10 years, who has been very involved with Lexington Public School District, as well as PTO Co-President and Vice President at Fiske Elementary and Diamond Middle School.

Audra Myerberg

Member/Marketing Manager

Jonathan has been a resident of Lexington for over 20 years and is a parent of three children who have attended Lexington Public Schools. He is a member of the Lexington Catholic Community, Lexington Town Meeting member representing Precinct 2, board member of the Association of Black Citizens of Lexington, and former Lexington Youth Soccer coach.

Audra has been a Lexington resident with her husband and two children for almost 15 years, with both children going through the Lexington Public School system from K-12. Audra does freelance marketing for nonprofits, small businesses, start-ups, and political campaigns, was on the Board for LexFun, Hastings PTO, LHS PTO, and the Lexington Education Foundation, delivers food for the Lexington Food Pantry and is active with the LHS Basketball Boosters.  Audra found YCC through her daughter, Abby, who was on the Youth Board before graduating from LHS in 2024. In addition to her Board role, Audra will continue to be YCC’s Marketing Manager, working closely with Emily Hayes to promote YCC’s objectives.

Miriam Adams, LICSW

Member

Miriam Adams is a Clinical Social Worker who has provided psychotherapy to youth, adults, couples, and families in her Lexington private practice since 2006. She also practices in Brookline, where she provides psychotherapy and is a Clinical Supervisor with Boston Behavioral Medicine. Her clinical specialties include Anxiety, Stress Management, OCD, and pregnancy and postpartum mental health. She and her husband raised their three children in Lexington, where they attended the Lexington Public Schools. Through her clinical practice and involvement in the community, Miriam has seen first hand the stressors and mental health challenges facing the youth and parents of Lexington. She is glad to be a part of YCC’s efforts to help.

Lily Zeng

Member

Lily has been a happy resident of Lexington for four years, living with her husband, their three children who attend Lexington public schools, their dog Winnie, and a lively tank of saltwater fish and corals.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and is a former member of the Cary Library Communications Committee. Lily currently co-chairs the Education Division at the Chinese American Association of Lexington (CAAL), is an active Scouts parent, and a Massachusetts Master Gardener intern. She enjoys helping care for the native garden at Munroe Tavern and deeply believes in the healing power of gardening.

Lily values mental and physical health as equally essential and is honored to join the YCC Board to support youth and give back to the community.

Connee Counts, ED.D

Member

Connee is a Developmental Psychologist and Professor Emerita at Lesley University, where she was a faculty member for 20 years. Previously, she was a high school History teacher and Learning Disabilities Specialist. Currently, she sits on several non-profit Boards that support the healthy development of youth and families. She has lived in Lexington for 50 years. Both her children and grandchildren attended the Lexington Public Schools.

Bea Mah Holland, ED. D.

Member

Bea began in social work with multi-problem families, children with disabilities, family counseling, and university teaching. Her current work is focused on executive coaching and consulting. Her leadership roles have included Director of Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management and president of Pegasus Communications. Bea holds a master’s degree from McGill University and a doctorate from Harvard University with a concentration in organizational effectiveness and adult learning.

Ben Getman

Ben Getman is a Licensed Mental Heath Counselor with nearly a decade serving the Lexington and greater Metrowest area. Ben brings a wealth of experience to his private practice with a focus on children, adults, and families. Having worked extensively as a therapist, counseling psychology professor, and as a member of YCC’s clinical consult team, Ben has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities children and families in Lexington face. Through collaboration with organizations like YCC, Ben aims to contribute to meaningful change and support for the Lexington community.
