YCC Empowerment Group

YCC is excited to be kicking off our female identifying empowerment group on Thursday’s from 3:30pm - 4:30pm.

We will be covering topics such as building confidence, setting boundaries, developing coping skills, and exploring healthy relationships.

This group will be running on 6 week cycles in 2024.
